I just saw a similar built rig, '93 YJ, with a SBC, go for $10,000. The seller started around $20,000. My buddy who bought the rig threw out the offer and the seller took it. The rig had been for sale for several months.

Thats a heck of a machine. Hopefully the market is stronger out in Petersburg than it is here in SW Oregon.

What are you hoping to get?

I'm gonna be hated for this... $5

Looks great, but you are inheriting a boat load of problems. My .02. :)

I don't know what to tell you about that. It's not really a Jeep other than some sheet metal kind of attached to it that looks like jeeps parts. It's as close to being a buggy as you can get, and just about as far from being a CJ. If you're looking for a full out off road vehicle, It may be good, but If you want a Jeep, that aint one.

i agree. go for if you don't mind fixin on someone elses problems, and you just want an offroad vehicle. looks like a solid foundation to make it yours. i'd ask a ton of questions piece by piece, till you know everything the po knows about it. anyhow i'd probably offer $4000 and see where it goes.

out here in So cal I could find an idiot to buy that for around 7 grand. I think I could sell it in a week for around 3500.
It is a sweet setup, and probably a lot of fun, but out here CJs are more of a collectors item and there is not of that left in that jeep

I already own this jeep and have for about 11 years it doesnt have any thing wrong with I just dont have the time to take it out wheeling any more and I could use the money. I paid 3500 for it back in 1999 but it was bone stock and a little rusty no rust now and a lot of dough put in it. thanks for the comments guys keep em comming just price it as if it was yours and you had to get rid of it.

Any Jeep is worth 3500, anything you add to it just admit you will never get the money back out of it. Sorry but that is with any vehicle, add ons add nothing to the price. You are selling to the public, not another wheeler. DO any of your friends want it?

I like it! You would probably make more $$$ out of it parting out all those aftermarket parts piece by piece, then sell whats left on the rig when it's closer to stock. If you want my .02 I would not sell it. When all is said and done, you won't be able to stop thinking about all the parts and $$$ you practically gave away. Good luck though, on whatever you decide. Did I say that rig looks nice!

ahh guess if i'd read your op a little closer i'd have seen that you are selling it. in that case can't really put a price on it for you, only you know what you got in it, and how much you are willing to lose, but if i were trying to buy it i'd be trying to talk you down to about $4000. i'd say though $5,500 - $6,500 would be a good starting point if you really want it gone fast
