3 . Some one told me about Rear Axel line is bit Foward ????--- I need some explanation / advise on this as well.
I am a little confused by this. Is the axle moved farther forward?
A short wheelbase is more maneuverable.
A long wheelbase is more stable.
A CJ5 has a very short wheelbase from the factory. Maneuverability is never an issue. Many CJ5 owners have moved the rear axle farther to the rear for stability on road and for hill climbs but I am not sure why you would move the axle to the front. Maybe this was inadvertent during some other mod.

my cj has extended leafspring mounts , if i am going for 2.5'' leafs shall i reverse the modification ?

Busa where are you.. still need your help..
wanted to know about installing bj60/40 stock leaf springs on cj.. wht do you recomend..
or shall i go for Toyota RKR leaf springs ...

I'm not sure what springs you should use. I would recommend CJ springs. If you can't get CJ springs I would get springs made for something that weighs about what your CJ weighs.

4WD Lever: Whenever i want to engage 4WD i have to give jerk to the lever.. Specially when i want to Disengage it gives me tough time. I usually do that while driving at 5 to 10MPH or even when i am at complete stop. Its just like hit n try thing. There are 3 positions 2H , 4H , 4L i guess. But whenever i give jerk to engage it goes all the way up and vice versa . Is it normal or what seems to be the prob .
Once it is engaged or disengaged everything is normal.
