I searched and couldn't find what I needed. I have a 360 with a Howell TBI kit on it. I'm pretty sure my TPS sensor is malfunctioning and need a replacement.

What do I get? I couldn't find a part #. I know a little about this system but not enough.

I soaked the tps a few weeks ago while washing the jeep and now I have crappy idle. Stalling when accelerating. Rich fuel smell......

Thanks!

Are you getting any diagnostic codes like a 21 or 22? that indicate improper tps voltage?

I'm unable to code check. I have to get the part before the store closes. Hopefully have the jeep running right by tonight. I'm no with my jeep until later today. But I guess I just ask for a 87-90 GM tps sensor.

Since you need it right away, go for it, and hope it works. For more info on your system you can get instruction manuals from their website at Howell Engine Developments and contacting them direct on their tech line.

The folks at Howell have been fantastic. Even though I didn't buy the kit. I called them a few months back and they treated me right. Its nice to see companies still believe in customer service.
Thanks Torxhead. Just wondering do you run this system too?

I do run into issues every now an then, but seem to get them resolved from an online source. When I can afford to find the time to call them, there is a waiting list on there already.

Well I am back home and ran the codes.....nothing. Just a code 12 which is ign on. I haven't picked up the tps sensor yet.

It was the TPS sensor. Replaced and everything works great! It turns out to be a tps sensor for 1993 GM trucks.
