There is also this method. Early Scout parts.
Have gone up a tad  in cost since I got mine and didn't have the rounded version.

Found a set of 12 for $18

Willys Jeep Parts, Restoration & Wiring - Walck's 4 Wheel Drive Lock Out Hub Lock Washer Kit Warn Hub Only

I use these scout washers, I had to trim them up with side cutters and a file but they do work. These can be flattened and re bent a few times but they are very truly a consumable item.

I picked up a set of MM hubs, I was on the fence between Warn and MM but the price cant be beat and i hear some good things.. So now Ill try and re-direct this thread away from woolys nut tray.. but only for a while we can pick up where we left off later...:chug:

Anyone have some MM hub install/bolts, wisdom to pass on? pictures are great links are even better :chug::chug:

Can't do the pic thing.
Convert to studs, use AN washers and high strength ny-loc nuts.
And torque the nuts to 30-35 ft/lb.
Love my MM hubs.

I like my Milemarker hubs also. They have held together far longer than I could get a set of Warn hubs to. I've shattered three sets of Warns, from the stock CJ ones to the golds. The MM's are just stronger, have a thicker housing, and better built. That and they were cheaper than Warn.

Did you use studs? :chug:

I went with the MM hubs on my CJ5 . When I converted it over to front disk brakes, I used the parts from an 84 CJ7 , and they have the 5 bolt hubs. The MM 5 bolt hubs clearly are a step up from the 5 bolt Warn.
