I wanted to buy em. Or maybe make em disappear not that anyone would notice

Drive off like you own them. As a subcontractor for a gov. program for 38 years not much surprised me anymore. There is a lot of stuff squirreled away in probably a lot of it.

I don't think they will just "drive off" I'm not sure they've even been started in 40+ years maybe longer

Wow! Cool! F—-ng government!
Probably have 20k miles on em.

Keep your eyes on the government auction listings. CJ's do indeed make an appearance. I have observed a number of them on our state auctions but those are usually WELL USED. The second year of my 9 month gigs with the Forest Service I was given a spanky new CJ5 for the summer, AMC 304 no less. That was 1973.

63-65? No cowl battery cover, and appears twin stick D18. I'm not sure how many F heads still received the twin stick after 66 but if any, probably not many.
The one has a rear PTO I thought that stopped in the 50's

Same PTO accessories fit on all Dana 18's so could be on any CJ up through 71.

Funny, but back in the late 80s thru 90s, dad went to Gov’t auctions at Ft Carson, just up the road. Army base. Crazy stuff we came back with. Yielded bolts and nuts and other hardware we’ve all used for decades. Still have pounds of em. Some of the stuff is odd. Really thin nuts. Some weird washers too, etc.
Typical govt’. I’m sure some manufacturer made a ton of money on those silly nuts.
