Body Identification of random body fasteners.

In the photo below, I have five square nuts welded to the bottom of my tub. The through hole (near the wire harness) has 3 locations, one on each side and one in the middle. They are too far back for the rear seat attachment, any ideas what they might be for? Next, what's the blind hole that is above and to the right of the body mount? It is mirrored on the other side. The threads are gone so I need to know if they need replacement.

I spent some time yesterday removing a rusted out toe support and got a closer look at the rear cargo supports. Apparently, Jeep used the same support in both areas and I missed the fact that there is a third nut under a piece of sheet metal. Still don't know why the furthest rear nuts have a through hole into the cargo area.

Thanks. I didn't have seats or belts when I tore this thing apart and they seem really far back. My plan is to leave the cargo area empty and set up a way to secure the dogs. They may be useful but for now, I'll have to determine a good way to plug the holes and protect the threads from further rust.

When I don’t have my back seat in I just install the bolts with anti seize and the threads are protected.

When they are in the truck, they have a harness that is attached to the head rest otherwise both of them would try to be in my lap.

Been using those eye bolts for several years to strap my stuff down to keep stuff from flying off going down the road.
