Instrument Panel Lights

Trying to get my instrument lights working again. Checked each socket to make sure power was getting to them. Acording to my "dector" they are. Went and bougt new bulbs but none work.

Ive tried 4 different bulbs with the switch on and in every position posible. I have no clue. Any idea?

sounds like you might not be getting a ground..if you have the proper,new bulbs and voltage on one leg then the only thing missing is ground on the other leg,if the sockets are good

Running a jumper from the dash to the battery ground could solve that problem. Sometimes paint can break electrical contact.

x2 occam's razor. You have a good bulb and a 12v source then its got to be the ground.

I vote for a bad ground also. If you have the right bulbs, and power using a test light connecting from ground to the sockets, then I'd think it would be a ground problem.
