Intake sensors!

Does any one know what sensor this is? Its on the front of the intake just behind or right by the inlet from the cooling hose. The engine is a 1989 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l inline 6.

That's what i thought, but my coolant temp gauge works good. Guess its possible to have 2.

I think you may have 3 originaly but 2 of them are for the emissions stuff.

The gauge one is in the rear of the head, the one your asking about as well as one down in the block are emissions like Sasquatch indicated.
