Jeep cj7 top help

I have a height issue with my jeep and the garage i park in, i cant go any higher than the roll bar, so any soft top i get wont allow my to fit in due to the middle bar sticking up past the roll bar. So i was thinking of getting a half top, but they dont make them for the cj, do you think the yj half top will fit, or do you guys know of any other solutions? thanks for your help...heres the link for the half top...Bestop Halftop

When I ran into that problem due to big tires and lift I was able to convince the wife to let me have a roll up garage door. That solved the problem and I eventually got bigger tires.

Yeah I've thought about the whole windjammer set up, but it doesn't seem like it will seal with the doors and I have Ohio winters to deal with...

The windjammer leaves a big gap behiend the doors.

So a hard top in winter is too tall then I assume?

Is the garage frame the issue or the door? Mine would clear the door frame but the door was the issue so I tightened up how far the opener pulled the door up

My roll-up door gave me a similar issue.

By relocating the inside pull handle to the top of the bottom panel, and changing the bottom guides location up three inches (may need to adjust cable=spring assembly), now the molding outside of the door is an issue for clearance. This may give you the clearance you need, hope it helps.

Mine is staying indoors in winter, so soft top rails are no longer an issue.

And running a bikini top spring/summer/fall with a rear duster cover seems to work alright, so far.
