Just curious to know.. What's everyone's crawl ratios?

Just curious to know.. What's everyone's crawl ratios?
I just swapped gears to 4.88's so that puts me at 63.18...which is now also my speed in MPH at 3,317 RPM's on 33's ;-)

I see a lot of 55mph hours ahead of me...

Yeah but will be nice on the trail.

4.27 axle gear ratio is exclusive of Dana Spicer, and the Ford 9” comes close to it. It is the ideal ratio for 33” tires and is not very common to see. It is a very well kept secret. Thanks for quoting, MattJ.
Yeah, he's planning to get 33's. We will see.

63.18 MPH at 3,317 RPM’s, you are revving too high.

A better strategy to achieve more drastic crawl ratio numbers is to go after your Transfer Case and upgrade it with 4:1 gears and keep your final gear overall ratio unchanged. But, of course, it’s how you intend to use your Jeep that determines gearing options.

I think there’s a bit of misunderstanding on my levity..I have no intention of running 3300+ RPMs...I’ll be running my usual 2800ish.

At present I’m running my QuadraTrac so there’s no gearing options available. It is what it is for now.

I’ve run it some this way and it’s not too bad.

Gotcha...

Sounds like a nice setup to try!
