I checked with two distributors this AM and they told me that they didn't have a problem obtaining BDS (not black diamond) springs. Both talked highly of company and products. I've seen a lot of confusion between the two.

This is the info I received from 4wd:

The components in the kit are made by Procomp Suspension, to our specs. The kit used to be made by BDS to the same specs.

Sorry - but I can only talk about Black Diamond Suspensions - If ProComp is making the parts for them now - then I would suppose they are the same.

Funny thing is that a search for Black Diamond Suspensions does not give up the original web site for them! Strange!

They have owned them for awhile. I'm 99% sure they were the same co. 6 years ago when I bought my superlift kit.
But remember I do have CRS..

I bet your correct - they were probably owned by he same Co but separate entities, who knows now...

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that black diamond is superlift's "premium" brand. They were never their own entity.... But, I'm trying to recall from memory too, I could be wrong.
