In the article I read, it said to set the caster to a positive 4 degrees because this is what most jeep were set to. Sound about right?
JMHO, but I'd take it to an alignment shop and have them check it. They've got the fancy equipment that will give you a printout of what your numbers are for both sides.

5-7 degrees positive is a good place to be. A little more won't hurt if you want to go 6-8 degrees. Negative or zero caster is not good. Before I added 6 degree shims, mine was at '0' on one side, and -.5 on the other. 2.5" lift, it liked to wander all over. Now it's arrow straight at speeds up to 65 mph (haven't ventured above that yet).
