Just got her home Monday. IM so happy with it. I cant believe a couple of other guys passed on it.
The body is super clean and the frame is solid with paint still on it. Its mostly mechanical issues. Oil pan gasket is out. Exhaust has some leaks. Carb was junk.
It has a hole in the floor about the size of my finger maybe 4" long.
Good seats.
Few bad things. Tilt column is peeled with no key. The kid has been driving it like that for years.
Its covered in bed liner.
Power steering, power brakes, AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l , 5 speed.
I dont know if its been two years and barely able to move on its own power. It had the distributor popped up with the hold down lost.
I timed it by ear and put my good carb on off my running jeep and she fired up!
Now shes parked waiting on the pan gasket. If our weather stays decent I will drop the pan and put new engine mounts in, they are toast.
Now my 80 rust bucket CJ7 is the donor for her new parts.
