Got this grenade shifter knob for my birthday and just installed it. It's an authentic WW II pineapple style grenade. Just put it on today. I had to have it.

Cool
Authentic? do you mean it's a defused grenade or just resembles a grenade?

BombNob is an actual Pineapple Grenade from WWII, that has been drilled out and expended. A bit spooky? You bet. But it makes an awesome conversation piece in your 4WD.
This product may make your hand dirty. Every BomNob owner has their own feel for how they like the shifter to fit in their hand. Currently we ship Bomnobs fully assembled; however, if you prefer the spoon (handle) to be removed, pull the pin and run like hell... Just Kidding! Pull the pin, remove the spoon and replace the pin. They used to have training grenades, dummies, that were all over the Army Surplus stores. They don't have a live detonator and no powder. The fuse assembly unscrews from the pineapple.

I like it! :)
