Have a guy near by (50 miles away) who has a very clean '77 CJ5 body for $350. I will have a chance to go down this weekend to grab it if it is still there. Oh please please please.
I don't know if this actually warrents prayers but I will keep fingers crossed!!

well here it is, just a little rust clean up. reduce some weight on the cage, roll on bed liner in and under the tub and fenders, and custom paint. The front end is tacked as the PO wanted to make a one piece front end. Will decide if we will follow his lead or go traditional front end when we get there. I feel $350 was a good deal. This has renewed my excitement for rebuilding our CJ.
