I'd tell him it's an older motor, and I'd be re-building it so I'd give him $450. Cash see what he'd say... But I'm not sure what these motors usually go for...
Even if it was well taken care of and all he says is true, it's still almost 26-27 years old right? So rings and pistons and cam and lifters etc will all be worn no matter...
