i have a $40 credit at 4wheel parts. i need a Dana 30 oil pinion seal. is crown or omix-ada better or are both cheep?. should i bite the bullet and maybe dealer for OE seal, if they still make them iv read that the seals are the same up to like 05 TJs not real sure just what iv seen on parts sites. thanks.

Absolutely buy a real seal. National (Federal Mogul) or CR (SKF). O'Reilly's "house" brand is National in an O'Reilly box. I prefer Nationals as they usually have a heavier shell than most others.

crown and omix-ada are likely one and the same and not something that is really worth your time installing.
