Makes you wonder why it's not road worthy. I think it's kind of cool. Certainly a great use for a Wrangler ...... CJ7 ? From the look of it it's been in this configuration for quite some time (Rusty bumper and such). The fenders could use some filling out between the hood and the tops of the fender/running boards.

Maybe so. The thing was obviously built for some purpose. I wonder what it was. Possibly for parades, a float tug With the flags, big engine, heavy frame, big horn, large road type tires. Oddly enough I kind of like the hub caps, why I can't actually figure out though.
