oil pan

say ya got an engine hanging on a cherry picker but you need the cherry picker to move the tranny. if you were to set the engine down, letting it rest on the oil pan, would it hurt it?

I always put the oil pan in the center of an old tire, keeps the engine fro falling over.

i got the spare tire, will it tear it or the rimm up

I use just the tire, no rim.

Just go grab an old tire from your local tire shop.
