Old CJ NADA values

I guess we are lucky here in East Tn in regards to paying taxes on vehicles. Its really up to whatever the buyer and seller work out...within reason. If the taxes which were submitted were way too low, the state generates a letter requiring more info from the seller as to why it was sold for so much less that the "low value". On old jeeps tho, one can get away with stating $200 on the title, and nothing is ever said. And looking back, I have seen completely restored Cj5s and 7's priced at $16000 to $18000. In regards to NADA, which, real or not, besides making me feel a little better about my old CJ, is still kind of cool.
