Custom power steering lines installed. They aren't routed in their final spots yet. I installed them so I wouldn't misplace them this summer when it is to hot to work in the garage. I also need tp install this alternator bracket. 693fe809a69b4f7180fac0c5318491c9.jpg7f8731523cf2f1c06078ea5140efe152.jpg22a2132db49f730150ed09f30b4b3144.jpg

First cool morning. In the 70's, hadn't planned on working on the Jeep today and it is my 15 year anniversary so I am not going to be doing anything. I cannot wait for consistent cool mornings and days. Want to get the jeep to run or at least start this season.

Need to do...

Reroute fuel lines

Install inline electric fuel pump

Hook up wiring harness to the the 4.0L

Wire ignition.

This is for starters.

10 4 on those custom power steering lines, don't lose those. Been there done that.

Installed them the day I got them.

Finally got some work done. Weather finally cooled off. Had to figure out to to mate up some pre-made fender flares and some one of kind rock sliders. Turned out well.a0a0ac34aadbf482ab05eacfd4755bbe.jpg013148f1267199c9c4fb73e9ddcc3108.jpg

Everyone says rewiring a CJ is easy. I don't know where to start. I figure mounting the fuse block is the first step. I am posting a pic of my blank canvas. I am using Painless wiring kit.Where do I mount the fuse block? I don't want it to interfere with the pedal assembly and the emergency brake.

Looks like that left most square is where the fuse block hole used to be.

Installed the skid plate, steering shaft and the clutch linkage today. Good times. Wiring is a work in progress.
