Well, I don't see a pcv in the pic, but I do see an egr which is also a good thing to have even in a no smog required vehicle. That egr should also have a thermal vacumn switch so it will not be used on a cold engine. If you have diagrams for the pcv install what is the issue?
 
Well I don't see a pic at all but You should get a new PVC valve mount it in the valve cover and run a hose from it to a vac port at the base of your carb.
