PCV Valve

I read on another thread on here that the PCV for the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l I6 is supposed to have a T-connector on it with one line going to the carb and the other to the charcoal canister. My PCV only has one output port for the line to carb and the port on my charcoal canister is plugged. Does anybody have a picture, or even better, a part # for the correct PVC for the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l ?

All the single port PCV you listed goes to a 4 cyl engine, or high altitude AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l engine.
All other AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l 's take the 2 port PCV valve.
