i have an 85 CJ7 with a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l in it. The guy before me put a cherry bomb on it and i think it sounds like , does any one have a sugestion on what i can do to make it sound good and not like a pissed off bumble bee or an old ford tracktor

can't go wrong with a 2 chamber flowmaster, just have exhaust run all of the way out or it will be loud. personally thats how i like mine so it stops in front of the rear axle and has a turn down on it

I run a flowmaster 40 with no cat, full exhaust all the way out the back. It only makes any noise when you get on it, cruising down the road it's barely noticable.

2 1/2" pipes with Super44's out behind the rear tires.

cool thanks on the advice sounds like the 40 or the 44 will work for me if ill take it all the way back cause right now you cant hear your self think when your cruizen down the road it sounds more like a sick stock car
