Anyone used POR 15 on rusty jeep floor boards? If so how did it work or hold up?

- 1977 CJ 7; Amc 401 .30 over, Howell TBI, modified Dana 20 with Terra Low gears and twin sticks, NV 4500 5-speed, modified Dana 30 and Amc 20 both with 4.56 gears (narrow track), ARB air lockers front and rear, SSBC rear disc brake conversion, MICO Brake park brake, Navaho brake booster/ master cylinder, PowerTank CO2 tank.
I used POR15 on the frame rails on my pickup. Did that about four years ago and it's still holding up. I just wire brushed the loose stuff off and wiped it down with some Zylene. I did two coats like the direction suggest.

I just applied yesterday to the inner fenders and pulling the tub to do the frame and underneath of the tub. So easy to apply, wire brush, degreaser and brush on. I would recommend 2 coats. You are supposed to let the first dry for 8 hours then apply the second. Looks great and excited to see the frame finished too.

Second coat needs to be applied when tacky, not fully dry.

2 coats POR-15 and followed by POR Topcoat for UV protection. With no topcoat, it will turn grey after several years.
Definitely good stuff. Had mine on for 6 years now.

I did my entire interior about 1 1/2 years ago. Very good product. I did NOT use the topcoat as I put a carpet in.

My floor was not quit that bad, but you could put your foot through it! Welded in some new steel, good as new! In that picture it might be just a little much for POR15!
