Possible over load for gas ?

So today i finally got to drive my jeep on the road to the dr's appt..its been raining since the day i got it legal to drive on the road..well ran great till i turn into the slow lane to turn and go up hill and died. i turned the key and it started back up spitting and sputtering then started acting fine... well get out and dr started right up for me np drove down the hill a little sputtering (gas tank has 10 gallon of fuel in it) so i ripped on it lit the tires up across the street and ran fine turn at the light and started down my road came to idle and bam again it dies started it gave it gas and went fine.. went to turn into my driveway and bam same thing again...... so call my brother over he listen and said its sound like its overloading on gas...... So my question to you guys how do i fix this? the motor is a 93 or 91 sbc tbi , dose have a inline fuel pump under passenger side of jeep>?

If your fuel return line is restricted it will make your fuel delivery run excessively rich.

Not mickey Po ...after looking at buddys 89 blazer has same motor as mine just wire little different but the vacuum around the same...So after staring at it for half hr then looking at mine the po hack away some needed plugs looks like im searching for a harness for this dam thing!
