Do any of you own the bottle jack style press. Would you purchase one again or would you up grade. The local store has a 30 ton on sale for $200. It would be nice having one in the shop.
I will be getting the HF 20 ton unit here in the near future. A guy I konw has 10 of them(!) that he has been using for years to make skateboard blanks out of. They work 8 hours every day with a 15 ton load applied to the boards...
At the job before I got this one I used a 10 ton bottle jack sometimes it wasn't enough to get the job done. This job that I'm at now has a monster 55 ton let's say I want to take it home lol.
