Project 73' CJ5

Greetings all! I am a new CJ5 (73) owner. I need a lot of work done on my rig. The frame has been broke and repaired in at least 3 places and the body mounts are mostly gone. Basically, I'm looking to build from suspension up. Do any of you know what the best frame replacement would be and keep in mind, I'll be replacing the tub also? I'm not into rock climbing, but I live in the mountains and love to get out off the road and see the wildlife and fish. Thanks!

My first consideration would be to repair the existing frame since a manufactured replacement one could be tough to fit as are replacement body parts. There is a junkyard that might be able to help you called J & W auto wrecking located in the central Ca. area for used parts.

At some point one has to decide if they have a project jeep or a parts jeep. You are sure yours is a project jeep?
