That blue is just really sharp looking. Did you fabricate that front bumper or is it custom made ?

Thanks. It's a really interesting color...actually supposed to be a pearl, but I chose to skip the pearl top coat. It's actually a metallic, so it looks sorta like a pastel until the sunlight hits it. I was driving behind a Focus RS one night that was that color & went hunting for it. Toyota has one that's just a few shades darker/bluer that I tried out, but I like this one better.

That's actually the Fly-N-Hi/FST front bumper off of my CJ7 . I saw the custom version of it back in the late 80's & fell in lust with it, so when they finally made a production version around 2003 when I was redoing my CJ7 , I jumped on it. I have the matching rear bumper too but I'm not using it on any of my builds, put it on for shipping.

I was going to ask before but forgot, when you loaded your scrambler into the container did you tie down/anchor down it in case things got shifted ? My buddy ships out containers out of Miami also. He had problems in one that I know of

The shipper (Crowley) loaded it. Put the front bumper up against the nose of the container, nailed 2x4's to the floor behind the rear tires, & anchored it with ratchet straps via the rear d-rings & side steps.

I shipped a pickup south 1 time with ( CCT ) probably at least 30 years ago as deck cargo and it turned out well.
