Looking for a little clarification on AMC and Ford T18s. I'm reading/receiving conflicting information from a bunch of different sites and shops (including Novak) about the differences between the two.
Long story short, I have a T-18 and Dana 20 on my AMC 304 and I'm rebuilding a 351w. The T-18 was rebuilt a few years ago and has a ton of life left in it. Will I be able to bolt it right up? It sounds like I'll need a different sized pilot bearing.
What I'm not clear on is the rest of the dimensions of the input shaft of the T-18 .
Appreciate the help.
