The trick is to get them involved. It's a slow process but eventually she will want her own Jeep. Then you have an excuse to buy more Jeep's and parts. Heck she won't know which Jeep ur spending money on [emoji23]

Yes he was and that's why he only got a week to cool off. If he loves the JK so much that's fine. Look for a site that caters to them then. But insulting members in a thread that is for fun just makes one look foolish.

Here's one!

My Brothers Newer jeep. Though to be fair, that thing did great wheeling this hard trail and didn't break anything whole trip! Also he carries all our tools for when we break something He's also a honorary member of the site having been on the Colorado Trail ride twice now lol.

Oh - and with the hard top, it doubles as a bear box while camping in the woods too! lol

Looks pretty good too if I'm honest! No don't worry, I'm not ready to give up my CJ for one (yet)...

So the win was actually just getting some wheeling done! lol But I still like my purdy girl

It is almost too easy to get wins on post. The number of PVT's driving around in new Jeeps is unreal. I wonder how they get financed, I could barely make beer money from my paycheck when I was a PVT and lived in the barracks. They are obviously paying these clowns too much.

I was reading something today about experienced pilots are getting $500,000 to re-up, considering Uncle Sam has already invested in the neighborhood of $11 million already in them. Pay is pretty good now.

I just checked and a new PVT E-nothing is making 240% now of what I made in 1989. Given that I see PVT's everyday at work that is overpaid. I wonder sometimes how some of them don't suffocate because they forget to breathe. There are some serious rocks with lips tooling around thinking they are soldiers. On the plus side, it makes me glad every day that I am retired. I would definitely be in the CSM's office every single day for making some oxygen thief cry because of his stupidity.

I'm not in the military but I have a lot of friends and family who are.........best line ever and they would completely agree with this statement

Well, when I was a Drill Sgt at Knox from 2000-02 the running joke among us was that you couldn't really call yourself a Drill Sgt unless you had at least one Letter of Reprimand. I pulled 5, 4 from from my Squadron Commander (who I am now friends with on Facebook) and one from my Brigade Commander.

I actually had three PVTs from my last cycle on the Trail in my Scout Platoon in Iraq and one was my driver. They all thanked me for being a hard%$s after a few months downrange. My position as a Drill was always that i did not want to graduate a PVT I would not be willing to have in my platoon and I was successful in that. Hence the Letters of Reprimand.
