Ya know, it's a shame he spent that much money on a ton of stuff that still doesn't bring anywhere near as cool as an M38A1. That's a win on a couple levels [emoji106][emoji106]. Were you able to allow him to experience the loss?

Maybe he's just a legend in his own mind :)

Neither of the two newer Jeeps at work will park near me.

Re: Winning pics

The ones in my parking garage have no idea..... pitiful really.

Re: Winning pics

Heading towards a JeepFest no doubt. I really want to drive mine across country and not have to trailer it. That would be fun.

What's great about a trailer is if you break something fairly serious, you can drag it home and fix on your timeline without having to be in a rush to get it back together. The other thing is when riding in a truck, it's more like sitting in a lazyboy chair going down the hiway :)

Exactly why I am looking to buy a full size truck in the near future. Then comes the trailer.

X2 on that. I'm probably 3 years away from that though. That's why I knew that Gladiator was not the truck for you :) If you get that, just drive it where you are going, and 4 wheel with that. Just my thoughts, that is what I would do, but I'm not going to.

Already decided against the Gladiator. Looking at Rams right now. Drove the F150 yesterday. But I can get a pretty good deal on a Ram. Thinking 1500 or 2500. Probably gas though not diesel. Use it as a DD and start making the Scrambler more of a dedicated trail rig.

A note about the 1500 - 2500's I just read about, and this may have changed but I think it's worth looking into... It's the 2500's and up that have a full floating rear axle, not the 1500/AMC 150 's. Personally I would not want to be towing a vehicle with a semi-floating axle.

I will look thanks
