Heading towards a JeepFest no doubt. I really want to drive mine across country and not have to trailer it. That would be fun.

What's great about a trailer is if you break something fairly serious, you can drag it home and fix on your timeline without having to be in a rush to get it back together. The other thing is when riding in a truck, it's more like sitting in a lazyboy chair going down the hiway

Exactly why I am looking to buy a full size truck in the near future. Then comes the trailer.

X2 on that. I'm probably 3 years away from that though. That's why I knew that Gladiator was not the truck for you If you get that, just drive it where you are going, and 4 wheel with that. Just my thoughts, that is what I would do, but I'm not going to.

Already decided against the Gladiator. Looking at Rams right now. Drove the F150 yesterday. But I can get a pretty good deal on a Ram. Thinking 1500 or 2500. Probably gas though not diesel. Use it as a DD and start making the Scrambler more of a dedicated trail rig.
