what does the stock power and constant power plugs look like. i ran my own but want to use the stock ones. thanks

Crazy! I went through my books (early years) and none deal with the radio! Let us know when you get an answer... :)
 
under the dash i think i found them but they have a wide plug in. there was no radio when i got it. to cold to get the test light out lol. just want to clean up some wires under the dash. never seen the plug ins on a amc radio so not sure.
 
This may help, after looking at three FSM's It is almost certain that CJ's never had a radio and for that matter were never intended to have them. God knows what they were thinking when they put the square hole in the dash.
On the other hand, FSJ's had a "hot" wire that was part of the radio and plugged directly into the fuse block. It would have been one of the accessory 1/4 inch male stake ons I would think. I can't say if it was a fused connection or not with out spending quality time with my head up my dash.:D
 
No provisions in Jeep CJ's. They just have a hot stake on terminal on the fuse block.
