reamer for rock equipment tie rod flip

Does anyone ahve the 7/16 to1" reamer that they would be willing to lend out to me? Paying 30 for the sleeves sure beats paying almost a 100 for a tool that I will use once.

Thanks man, i thought I was having a conversation with myself for a while. I'm not sure if it is the exact dimensions of the reamer supplied in the package, the small end is 1/2 instead of 7/16, but thats pretty close, then there's no telling if it is the same length, the tapered section could be way off. The pics do look the sake though. It was 35 shipped, so overall I saved about 30 bucks. That'll buy me two tie rod ends.

Might work, but I have my doubts. Shank size is 3/8" vs. 1/2" says something about what they will do. . .

Hopefulcj have you actually used the $35 version?

This is a critical joint. Failure could be fatal. Why skimp on safety?

Use the proper tool for the job.

Since they also sell the tapered inserts, there's no telling what taper they use. Be safe and get the right reamer.
