Thanks Bill!
Trust me, I am no master fabricator

just love to try to do everything myself... However I'm not very good yet with a stick welder... My little brother helped me a lot with the welds!
If you have basic cutting, grinding, and metal working skills, (welding would be important too, unless you have a friend etc that does it good... Or just practice heavily on some scrap first...) you can do just as good as me...
I just had a lot of old stuff laying around at my Dad's business shop yard, and decided to try to do something custom.

Most the tools I had to borrow from family and the business
Update on the Bumper:
Got it on the jeep.
The Gussets on and welded...
Bumper is on!!! I know it looks crooked with the body, the body mounts broke off while PO owned, need to fab some new ones now... Then the twisted and un-level body should be straightened by the new bumper mounted straight on the frame... I'm hoping anyways...
Flat plate inside to tack-weld up and make bumper removable without removing the gas tank!!!
Next steps: Cut out hole for the receiver tube, weld on D-rings, and mount the rack brackets back on for spare tire / cargo rack...
