I took my carpet/paddig out. I stayed wet all the time since all I have is a bikini top and half doors

Smart move. I had the same issue. I used Monstaliner Chassis Saver which is the same color as your floors. My cj was also that same color. It was easy to do and looks great.

Thats the best lined floor I have seen to date.
 
Thanks K , another reason I used the Monstaliner is it seals the metal from rust and I can always repaint if I change the outside color of the cj. It also has a smooth finish for easy cleaning unlike a bedliner type finish.
 
I sprayed inside and out with a rhino liner. Rusting is not an issue. I'm just gonna get floor mats
