Removing Qudtratrac from TH400

Has anyone removed a qudtratrac Transfer Case from a GM Turbo 400 ? I started to attempt to pull mine yesterday. What a pain, it seems impossible to get to most of the bolts. I'm hoping someone may have a write up or some tricks to get the Transfer Case out.

Been awhile but I think I went through the Transmission tunnel cover up top and used a really long extension from underneath, that or dropped Transmission and Transfer Case as one.

I hope I don't have to drop the Transmission too since I am just swapping transfer cases. How hard is it to get the Transmission out?

Easy a few bolts, linkage, and it's out.
Grab a chiltons manual is your best bet.

Does anyone know if I can take the shift linkage from the qudtratrac and use it with np231?
