I have a 1977 CJ7 , AMC 232 i6 , T-150 . Just finishing up my frame rebuild an can not find anywhere as to how to install the Transfer Case shifter boot. I have a new boot with a metal retaining ring and the stock metal plate with predrilled holes. Any help is greatly appreciated.
