Scout Dana 300 gearing?

Does the Scout Dana 300 t cases have the same 2.69 - 1 ratio as the Jeep Dana 300's had?
I may have found one that will bolt right up to my T-18 tranny. I got this tranny with a Dana 20 Transfer Case and got rid of my T-176 and dana 300 because I needed the beef for the v8 motor. The only issue is the 2.0-1 low range sucks wind so bad that that final gearing is worse than compared to the t176 and d300. This might be a cheeper alternative to dropping cash in the tera low gearing.
