Slow bounce

Hey guys,
Well I was just rolling at about 5 mph and noticed a slight bump in my cj. Its almost like tires are out of round. Is my drive train loose or something? It also gets a out of alignment shack at about 65mph. Any thoughts?

could we get a little more info
like 1 bump or 2 or 3, how often, etc how far traveled
and what is an out of alignment slack?

Are they bias ply?

I just had the same problem with my Ranger...turned out the front tire had slipped a belt and was getting ready to blow. Might check that out if they aren't new tires.
