Hard to say as they have different mounting styles to the windshield/door area. Also a YJ soft top is held closed in the rear by the swingout tailgate, where as a CJ hooks onto the outside of the tailgate so you can open the top, then reach in and open the tailgate.

I'm 96% sure the answer is NO. There are too many differences between the rollbars of a '95 YJ and an '84 CJ.
