Squeak during turns

Recently, I started getting a squeak when I turn the wheel - it only happens in one spot - if I turn the wheel over several times, happens in the same spot each time. Sounds like it's occurring inside the cab. A while back I took the steering column apart to fix the horn wiring and key cylinder, and it's worked fine ever since. I hate to have to take it all apart again - wondering if anyone has had something similar and can point me in the right direction?
