Clutch Stubborn spring attachment

Hi Guys: Original owner of my 73 CJ5 ...
But first time I have had to redo clutch linkage..
So does anyone has the best (easiest) way to install the clutch return spring on the bell crank to housing????

Yep, a drum brake tool helps.

To confirm, which of the 2 springs are you referring to? There’s an inner, smaller one and an outer, larger one.
