Swap a 258 for the 360?

I have an 85 CJ7 and I am thinking of swapping out my tired AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l for a AMC 360. Will it bolt up to my 999 auto Transmission ? I know I will need new mounts and a radiator. Just wondering about the "Drop in Ability"?
