Trans T5 shifter rebuild kit

I had trouble finding 3rd gear when driving this fall. YouTube videos suggested that the bushing was worn at the bottom of the shifter. I got tired of body work so I pulled the shifter off. The bushing was worn, but not as much as I’d hoped. There does appear to be a another piece of plastic up in there though. I see shifter rebuild kits for other transmissions, but not the T-5 . Do you know where a shifter rebuild kit could be found? I need to take it all apart to lube it and get rid of the rust in there. I might as well put back new wearable parts.

I used a T-4 for over 35 years with no problems w/4 cylinder. Not a popular Transmission in Jeeps though

That’s the part that drops down into the Transmission . There is a see we care section under the boot, but it all appears to be a single piece.

It looks like the shifter comes apart a bit more.

Yes. At the Transmission side there is a rubber piece and a spring cage over that. Probably isolation/vibration thingy

I can’t find any pieces other than the bushing and rubber boot. The plastic pieces, weird springs, etc are nowhere to be found. It looks like B&M and Hurst used to make a shifter, but nobody bought it. It looks like I’ll order a new bushing, clean it up, derust what I can, and hope grease can take up some slack.
