Have been a car enthusiast for over 40 years and am now retired. I work on mostly 55-72 GM cars and trucks but tinker with most makes. I am currently working on a 1979 CJ5 with a 350 chevy, turbo 350 tranny and ford 9in.. My problem that i am trying to solve is the rear wiring for the taillights, its a mess. Can't seem to find a wiring diagram. I would appreciate any help.

OP my '81 CJ7 it is a simple 3 wire system, right turn and brake, left turn and brake and tail lights.
