Those are not original. Someone cut up the body to insert them. To go back to original you would need to weld in sheet metal patches. Here is an example of a CJ7 square LED factory replacement.
Thanks for the quick reply! LOL, that’s what I was finding also, and those are the exact ones I have installed. I just need to get the wiring figured out. All the wiring on this rig has been butchered for decades apparently!

Wireing on a CJ can be problematic. There is a harness for sale in our classifieds if you are considering a full replacement. I don't know if it would be for you though.
