Hey Ya Hozers and Hozettes
What's a Happen' Here !???
I have been invited by my Crazy Brits Friends to join them again on this year's "Steve's Great Adventure Rallye" .
Now FIRST !!!!
These are NOT a Race! NO Podium finishes! No
"Dust Run" ATV drives!
Yes it will be a challenge Rallye to see who's Vintage 4x4's have the least amount "Issues" and Make it to the End.
AND We Stop to Check ANYTHING OUT !! Historical Markers, potential new projects,
Interesting Local places that look like a HOOT, (Greasy Bar Burgers, Biker Bars, American Legions)
On the Predicted 40% hard top roads, we travel at 40-45 mph.
We are talking 50-75 year old 4x4's. (Yes there are going to be newer 4x4's in the bunch, but same speeds)
Gravel, Forestry Roads, Two Track Trails.......as comfortable.
Yes we have a beer or two each evening, but DON'T Plan on Partying Hard, we break camp early as we make 100-125 miles each day.
We will be leaving the Wisconsin Illinois border and 8-9 days later end up at Sand Bay on Lake Superior in June.
If you have a OLD 4x4 of Any Make, and are interested in joining this "Laid Back Bunch"
Post here or PM me and I will Clue You In.
