Throwback Thursday pic

I just found this the other week and thought I would share it with the group.

In the front is my grandfather in his 1947 CJ2a . Behind him is his brother in what I believe is an M38A, don't know the year. Photo was probably taken in the early 1950's.

My dad still has the CJ2a and the M38 is still in the family as well.

It's guess it's genetic.

Do you know where that picture was taken at?

It was taken in the Beartooth Mountains near Red Lodge , Montana. The trail goes up to an old steam engine that was used for a logging operation in the 1890's.

Very cool photo. The vehicle behind the CJ is actually a Willys MB / Ford GPW.
