Okay so I got a new frame (used, sandblasted, and painted) and I'm going to move my engine, Transmission , axels, EVERYTHING, to the new frame.

Without doing any other work, how long should this take? I've got a couple buddies coming over for a 3 day weekend... and I'm hoping to get it done in that time.

Does anyone know of a good checklist or just a -list- of items to disconnect from the frame and move, or any good threads where this has been covered?

Thanks! :chug:

The hardest part will be getting the old stuff apart. Sometimes bolts need the hot wrench, or a cutoff wheel, to set them free. Then there are captured nuts that escape. I would give it two days just to get it apart. Ziplock bags will keep hardware from going away.

Park them side by side and try and max out the memory card on your camera. Phones are good for documenting the moment, but they still sell digital cameras for good reason...

I think your time frame is not too bad if you reserve the beer drinking till after breakfast. Lunch, I meant lunch!:chug:

mmmm. rice crispies and beer. Snap, Crackle and Burp
Good Luck and post pics in the build section
